Monthly Memory Café at Lutheran Home — Dementia Friendly Registered

Lutheran Home, in partnership with Synergy HomeCare and JourneyCare Hospice, invites individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia and their care partners to join us for a monthly Memory Café. Each gathering includes a themed activity, light refreshments, and supportive conversation in a welcoming, stigma-free setting.

This program is part of our Dementia Friendly initiatives and is officially registered with the national Dementia Friendly network.
